Assessments can take place either via video link, telephone or face to face, subject to the clinical scenario and subject to the clinical needs and customer requirements. Following on from our assessment, we will provide you with a detailed management advice report to help you manage your employees. We will provide advice regarding fitness to fly in terms of the UK CAA or EASA medical requirements as needed, and we will support your employees in regaining their regulatory fitness status, should they be unfortunate enough to suffer a temporary period of unfitness for duty.

We will provide advice about adjustments, if needed, to meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 to ensure that your staff are supported in a way that is compliant with UK employment law.

Management referrals can be initiated, monitored and tracked via our dedicated online portal, so with a few clicks, you can track the progress of your referral. We can provide you with management information to help you track your referrals and to look for any specific trends, for example, in relation to mental health referrals or injuries at work.
